Brian Trani is a 33 year old native of Colorado. He grew up in Denver and has been involved in construction and real estate since childhood. He has vast knowledge of all phases of construction and is very familiar with the metro area's ever-changing housing market. Brian is an exierenced owner whos is happy to help at anytime.

Judy Marquez is also a Denver native. Mrs.Marquez is responsible for all the inner-workings that allow a company to run smoothly. a true professional able to handle everything from billing to customer service.She has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team.

Construction Referral has a large list of partnered sub-contractors that we have spent years develpoing in order to privide the highest quality standard in the most time efficient manor possible. Couple this with a dedicated workforce of 5 laborers whenever necessary, and you can rest easy knowing we have the resorces to get the job done right and on schedule.

Our Business

Construction Referral Services, Inc. is a new Colorado business. We opened in early 2007 after a 2 year ramp-up phase. Since we have opened our client list and job scope have grown by leaps and bounds. We are llicensed contractors in Denver/Aurora with a $1M GL policy.
